Description Of Event: What could be more Americana than hot dogs, root beer floats, old time baseball and jazz? Young and old can enjoy a summer evening on the picturesque grounds of historic Glen Magna Farms. Hot dogs, drinks and ice cream will be sold. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and spend time listening to tunes and watching vintage baseball, circa 1859. Essex Base Ball Club vs. Melrose Pondfielders. New music by the Britannica. Don’t miss the famous root beer floats! The match will be played upon the activities field in beautiful Endicott Park. Concessions and games for kids open at 5PM. Match begins at 6PM. Cranks (fans) are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs to sit upon. No Coolers or pets please. A small donation per adult will be gratefully appreciated.

From Boston:
Route 93 to Route 95 or 128 North to Route 1 (Exit 44B). Follow Route 1 North to the Danvers, Centre Street exit. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Continue for a 1/4 mile. Take a left onto Ingersoll Street. Follow the signs to the Glen Magna Farms parking area.

From Northern New England:
Routes 89, 93 to 128 North. Continue with above directions. Routes 95 and 1 South follow directions for Centre Street.
